About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, charts, data modeling) to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness.
Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across digital channels (paid social, email, PPC, display, etc.).
Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, conversions, and CAC.
Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently based on data-driven decisions.
SEO/ASO (Preferred Skills): Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis for SEO growth.
Support App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts, including keyword optimization, store listing A/B testing, and review analysis.
Collaborate with content and product teams to improve organic visibility and user acquisition.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools/technologies.
Use Excel and other tools to model scenarios and forecast performance.
Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, macros if possible).
Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and strategy.
Good to have: Demonstrated experience in SEO (keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization) and/or ASO (mobile app store optimization).
