This role is pivotal in developing and managing digital products, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and digital teams, and promoting digital adoption as a change agent. What the role involves Partner with business stakeholders to define the roadmap for our Agency Digital platform, enhancing the Agency lifecycle to support onboarding, recruitment, training, and engagement of front-liners to meet business objectives. Serve as a liaison among Business, Digital, and Technology teams to understand industry trends and their impact on technology. Support business sponsors' OKRs by translating strategies into digital solutions and capabilities. Lead a cross-functional scrum team to deliver key projects and initiatives for the Agency. Define the product roadmap, prepare business cases, groom features, prioritize tasks, and oversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Promote a unified team culture with our offshore Digital and Technology team (SZ IT Hub). Ensure quality operation of digital solutions for the Agency. Act as a digital ambassador, encouraging adoption organization-wide and across front-liners. Engage with the Agency and front-liners for cocreation sessions, providing training and support for digital adoption. Monitor digital adoption, gather feedback, identify pain points, and implement improvements. What we look for Degree in Business or Information Management.6+ years of experience in digital product management and transformation. At least 3-5 years in the insurance industry, preferably in distribution channels. Proven track record in end-to-end digital product management, ideally in insurance or financial products. Experience in data analysis and leveraging data for digital adoption. Innovative mindset with outside-the-box thinking. Strong interpersonal skills across all levels. Excellent team player with relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and outcome-oriented. Familiar with agile methodologies.
