Oversee retail relationships and ensure best practices across outlets. Manage and optimize the local supply chain, troubleshoot logistics issues, and ensure accurate reporting. Identify and support opportunities to grow label partnerships regionally. Lead the Label Management and Operations team to enhance operational efficiency. Plan and manage release campaign logistics from start to analysis, collaborating with internal departments. Coordinate local label release communication and logistics, ensuring timely content delivery per specifications using Orchard systems. Liaise with finance, marketing, legal, and management to meet business needs. Qualifications: Proven experience in digital music retail, analytics, social media, and distribution, with adaptability to industry changes. Experience managing catalogs, releases, and relationships within a label or distribution company. Existing industry contacts and ability to develop new ones. Experience managing a team of skilled professionals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
