Responsibilities: Support the vision of being a leading Supply & Demand Management organization by developing the sourcing community towards best practice according to the Supply & Demand Management strategy framework. Support development and manage best-in-class commodity strategies and sourcing area plans. Drive the initiative portfolio in order to provide maximum value to the bank. Balance the priorities of the internal business partner with Supply & Demand Management's mandate. Ensure effectiveness of the global sourcing community by cooperating with regional/global sourcing to tasks (e.g. sourcing initiatives) in a way that the value generation will be optimized. Achieve targets concerning sourcing area in scope (savings, quality, time, risk).
