About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated agency sales & promotion strategy lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in creating compelling presentations and business cases, a keen sense of project management, and the ability to swiftly learn and synthesize information.

This role requires an individual who can seamlessly transform discussions into well-articulated documents, ranging from memos to presentation slides, and who can develop and adapt sales and promotion planning in response to market trends.

Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Craft and implement comprehensive sales and promotion strategies on an annual and quarterly basis, with the agility to make rapid adjustments in response to market fluctuations.

Executive communication: Fulfill "Chief of Staff" responsibilities, creating elevated management presentations for C-suite executives on a quarterly, monthly, and as-needed basis.

Collaboration: Engage with a variety of stakeholders to solicit input and drive the sales and promotion planning process.

Cross-functional Leadership: work collaboratively across departments, with the Group Office, and external business partners to launch and execute new initiatives that meet or exceed key performance indicators and business objectives.

Business case preparation: Construct detailed business cases for projects and spearhead project development from inception to completion.

Project Support: Offer assistance on various ad hoc projects and initiatives as they arise.

Minimum Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in management consulting, preferably with a background in MBB Learning and adaptability: Quick learner with a systematic approach to thinking and problem-solving, coupled with a strong sense of ownership Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and business writing skills in English and Chinese are essential Work Environment Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while managing shifting priorities.

Stakeholder Management: Proven skills in influencing stakeholders and effectively managing relationships.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EB and life insurance products is advantageous but not mandatory, while experience in financial services is a must Desired Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of strategic thought, an aptitude for project management, and the capacity to quickly absorb and apply new knowledge.

The ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive written documentation is critical, as is the capacity to develop strong partnerships and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
