Prepares training materials and conducts regular service quality checks and report any irregularities to the Management. To be active in resident engagement; identify areas of concern and propose actionable alternatives. To conduct regular patrols to ensure all communal areas are well maintained. To assist the Manager in the development and regular review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). To act on behalf of the management and lead/handle any resident or guests’ concerns within the guidelines and record actions taken in the Duty Log. To act as the point of liaison between the management and resident for follow up issues, ensuring that the actions meet the expectations of the resident. To conduct room inspections and ensuring the room condition is satisfactory for upcoming arrivals. To be familiar with policies and regulations, daily events and other relevant information. To respond to inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner. To perform any other duties as required by the Management. Qualifications  & Requirements: Experience in hotel Front Desk operation in an upscale, deluxe hotel or residential property is preferred but not a must Certificate in hotel management, property management, or related disciplines preferred Good command in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Proficiency in any other language(s) would be an advantage Neat and well-groomed A “Can-Do” attitude Cheerful, outgoing, and with a service-oriented mindset Empathetic Good communication and organization skill Passion for creating memorable experiences We offer attractive remuneration packages and good career prospects for the right applicant.
