Our Logistics Team is responsible for one of the most important success factors of ecommerce - Shipping speed and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will play an indispensable part in our company?s future by elevating our customer experience to make sure our customers get their orders as soon as possible.

In this role you will:
Operate Saa S platforms and liaise with the external vendors with any troubleshooting issues
Be responsible for the financial reconciliation of courier invoices using different Saas platforms
Liaise with couriers on daily inbound and outbound orders, monitor the performance and provide reports
Liaise with Warehouse / Operations team to ensure timely delivery
Support the Director of Global Logistics on ad-hoc tasks, projects and analysis
Audit shipment information for accuracy and completion
Wear multiple hats on a small team

We are looking for:
1-2 years experience in the logistics or related industry
With a high sense of urgency and motivation to help the team succeed
A quick learner, a self-starter, independent, handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
Excellent command of both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel) is a must
A passion for sneakers andtechnology is a plus
