Reporting to the Head of PWM, the role focuses on integrating automation and digital technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design and launch of a securities trading platform, ensuring SFC Type 1 compliance. Lead platform development and operations to meet business goals. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve processes and engagement. Develop business plans and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participate in product launches and system enhancement projects. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement solutions. Manage regulatory communications and compliance actions. Monitor industry trends and propose innovations. Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead the team to achieve project milestones and annual plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or related fields.8-10 years of experience in securities trading, digital transformation, or wealth management. Eligible to act as a Responsible Officer under SFC Type 1 (Type 4 is a plus). Strong understanding of securities trading regulations in Hong Kong and the US. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Holder of HKSI Licensing Exam qualifications (Paper 1, 7, & 8) or equivalent. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin. Flexible to work variable hours for different market schedules. Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
