Responsibilities Work as a team to process all Trade Finance Applications and Documents including Import LC Opening, Import Document checking and payment, Import Collection Bills handling, Trust Receipt loan granting and retirement, Export LC Advising, Export LC Transfer, Export LC Bills checking and negotiation, Export LC collection bills handling, Export DA DP Bills handling, LC Reimbursement Authorization and Claims, LC Refinancing and Forfaiting. Support daily operation of loan drawdown, repayment, rollover, interest and fee payment and other loan maintenance. Provide operational support to the Loans Processing Centre. Prepare the facility letters and related loans documents. Maintain the documentation tracking and filing system. Correspond to all enquiries, requirements and ad hoc events from loans related parties. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Post-secondary or above. Minimum 5 years in loan operation & trade finance operation related to banking operations. Knowledge of loan documentation, procedures and relevant requirements. All-rounded banking operation experience would be highly preferable. Attentive to detail, well-organized and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure. Sense of urgency - meets deadlines, establishes appropriate priorities, and gets the job done. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
