Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects through the entrance and exit of the testing phase. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive collaboration and project success. Conduct evaluations and assessments during the testing phase, making necessary adjustments based on insights and feedback. Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Foster a positive team environment, encouraging professional development and open communication. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on pension processes and lifecycle. Knowledge of Testing Best Practice. Solid experience in creating and executing testing cases. Native in Cantonese and English is beneficial.
