Role & responsibilities As Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Manager, you develop and manage relationships with a wide range of start-ups building applications in the Cronos ecosystem. These partners may be De Fi protocols, NFT and Gaming platforms, or providers of developer tools for the ecosystem. You identify and execute outreach to potential partners, manage incoming partnership requests, and act as point of contact throughout the partner's lifecycle on Cronos. You assess and monitor key metrics of the projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives. You work with cross-functional teams in order to orchestrate various support channels: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, product composability construction, marketing support, and partner introductions. The role reports to the head of Cronos Labs. Job seniority will depend on the candidate's experience. Responsibilities: Identify and execute outreach to leading projects. Manage incoming partnering requests from Web3 projects. Assess projects in order to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction. Analyze and recommend support actions: marketing support, partner introductions, joint user incentive campaigns, other joint initiatives. Assess and monitor key metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives, recommend corrective actions if necessary. Collect feedback from partners and the community, recommend improvements. Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate level role. Requirements Strong passion and belief in the cryptocurrency space.
