Enterprise Sales Manager - Payroll / Mass Payments

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, results‑oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth of our Asia‑wide client portfolio. This position will be located out of our Hong Kong office.
The Enterprise Sales Manager is a key individual contributor role, coordinating selling efforts with internal support and technical teams, and will operate at all organisational levels, including C‑suite.
Responsibilities
Create and drive demand across multiple industry verticals including Payroll, Insurance, Pension, Expense Management, etc., for our mass payments offering; design and deliver bespoke, complex mass payment solutions; manage sales timelines of 6‑12 months; lead discovery meetings using consultative and challenger approaches; build and maintain a robust pipeline; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resources and expertise are in place; present solutions to C‑suite executives; nurture client relationships through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressively complex hunting sales experience with a proven track record of consistently initiating and closing deals.
Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
Capacity to manage long sales cycles and nurture leads, presenting discovery meetings with consultative questioning.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage internal teams and resources.
Attention to detail, strong communication in multi‑cultural environments with excellent verbal and written skills.
Hunter mindset with natural ease in initiating conversations with cold and warm prospects.
Self‑starter with entrepreneurial approach to building relationships and advancing the sales funnel.
Ability to identify creative strategies, cross‑sell, and upsell solutions to new and existing accounts.
Capable of delivering presentations to C‑suite and identifying client needs.
Business fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
