We are now looking for the committed person for the following post: Station in TH site, foster mutual support among residents and cultivate their sense of belonging; Develop tailored plans with each targeted household to enhance their capacity, and regularly review the progress and implementation of these plans; Implement the Urban Graduation Approach to tackle poverty with interventions focused on employment, financial literacy, health and wellbeing, and social capital building; Utilize the capacity-building fund and community resources to strengthen the motivation, employability, and resilience of families; Develop exit plans with families who are scheduled to leave TH; Participate in training programs organized by university and institutions; Foster active communication and collaborate with project partners including team leaders and social workers from university and different NGOs, as well as commercial collaborating partners.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant frontline experience; preferably with a background in social work, social welfare, counselling, or employment support services; non-degree holders with commensurable experience are also acceptable; able to work in transitional housing environments and engage with disadvantaged households from diverse backgrounds; self-motivated and work independently; strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team; good command of Chinese and English; ability to work under pressure; good team-work spirit; understand and support the mission of So CO.
