Our client is one of the Top Global IT Vendors. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Finance professional to oversee the FP&A and serve as a Business Partner and Controller to ensure the financial health of the organization in Australia.  Responsibilities: • Manage the FP&A and Controlling functions in Australia with P&L responsibilities• Handle annual operating plan, forecasting, and cash management• Act as a Business Partner to the Country Manager in contract negotiation and management, revenue recognition, audit and tax• Formulate strategies for contributing to business development and market expansion and to resolve critical issues• Expand the Accounting and Finance team in Australia Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines with CPA or relevant qualifications• Over 10 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with at least 5 years in the capacity of Finance Director or Controller• Solid experience in FP&A and IT Software Revenue Recognition with strong Accounting/ Controlling background• Experience in Merger and Acquisition and Integration is highly preferable• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with all levels internally as well as with customers• Independent with strong leadership and people management skills• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English• Willing to travel
