Description

Accounting and Tax Handle daily accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and journal voucher entries.
Match incoming payments against accounts receivable and prepare wire transfer reports for accounts payable.
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and reports.
Support external audit activities.
Manage tax compliance and reporting, including daily invoice issuance and tax filing.
Liaise with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and other Hong Kong government authorities.
HRResponsible for daily employee relations and manage HR processes such as onboarding, transfers, exits, contract renewals, and terminations.
Update and maintain staff rosters and personnel files.
Assist with employee tax declaration matters.
Oversee workplace fixed asset tracking and other HR-related tasks as required.
Job requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance with tax compliance exposure; HR operations experience is a plus.
Familiar with Hong Kong tax filings, IRD procedures, local social security administration, and related policies and compliance requirements.
Ability to work well under pressure on multiple tasks.
