Description

One-year contract, renewable.
Monthly salary + 1 month bonus.
Responsibility: Work with the Beijing Team on the end-to-end monthly payroll payment process.
Support issue invoices to clients, expense reimbursements, and perform data entry in ERP systems.
Handle accounts payable reports, revenue and cost reports, Invoice reports, and payment documentation, etc.
Get involved in ad-hoc and other office operations support.
Qualification An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.1-2 years of finance, accounting, or payroll support role.
Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Solid communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
