Responsibilities: Lead the delivery for financial system transformation initiatives with global and local markets, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance and IT teams, to ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee implementation of efficient financial processes, and monitor and ensure compliance with governance standards. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:15+ years of experience with Finance Transformation (Preferably around Finance Systems, e.g. Treasury, Accounting, FP&A). Extensive Programme/Project Management experience across the insurance industry. Good to have experience setting up governance frameworks and processes. Flexible and strong ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments. Has a proactive, hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills.
