Job Description
Report to the CFO and work closely with senior management
Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports to support strategic decision‑making
Lead and streamline the closing process, ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements
Drive finance system upgrades and implementations, enhancing automation and efficiency
Spearhead process improvements and transformation initiatives to align with global best practices
Manage, mentor, and develop a sizable finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
Partner with local and regional leadership to provide financial insights and strategic support
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
Proven track record in finance leadership roles within MNCs.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, month‑end closing, and compliance
Hands‑on experience with ERP/finance system implementation and transformation projects is a plus
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse teams
Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice will be preferred
