This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with major banking clients from day one, managing a warm desk with established relationships and a strong pipeline of business. As a executive search consultant, you will drive performance while continuing to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Personal Billing: Maintain a strong focus on personal recruitment activities, achieving individual billing targets while leading by example. Business Development: Expand and strengthen relationships with major banking clients, leveraging existing warm desks to maximize opportunities. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to set team objectives, recruitment strategies, and performance benchmarks. Client and Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and value to clients. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in finance recruitment. Proven track record in business development, client delivery, and team leadership. A strong personal billing history in a competitive recruitment environment. Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
