Collaborate across the Digital Team to plan and manage the software budget. Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize software investments. Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and renewals. Participate in negotiations for software contract renewals to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Provide support and guidance to other departments regarding software asset management best practices. Prepare and present reports on software usage, budget status, and optimization efforts to senior management. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Digital commercial or Digital Finance or related experience in software asset management, budget planning, and usage optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in software asset management tools and systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience in managing Oracle licenses will be a plus. Certification in Software Asset Management (e.g., CSAM, ITIL) will be a plus. Experience with financial analysis and budget management will be a plus. Knowledge of software licensing agreements and compliance requirements will be a plus.
