They are currently seeking a dedicated fund operations and accounting professional to join their team and provide comprehensive support to their rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing operations, valuation, audit, accounting, and tax reporting for funds and investment Cash management and settlement Liaising with custodians and brokers Preparing return analyses and investment reports Maintain accounts and records for investment projects, providing support for valuations and ad-hoc matters Help prepare financial statements, annual reports, and tax filings for the funds and management company Support fund investor matters, including subscriptions, redemptions, and data requests, as well as AML/KYC compliance Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations Key Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields At least 2 years of working experience in fund management or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles, including consolidation of accounts Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)Proficient in Excel; knowledge of VBA, databases, and/or programming is a plus Familiarity with investment valuation and audit requirements is a plus Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure Interested parties please send your application with full career history, current and expected salary by clicking Apply Now button.
