Zenith Innovation Financial Group Limited, based in Hong Kong SAR, is licensed by the SFC (Type 4 and 9 licenses) and comprises senior professionals with over 20 years of investment experience.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management and external vendors to develop fund products for professional investors, financial institutions, and specialized accounts. Oversee related documentation.
Act as a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities in compliance with regulations.
Stay informed on fund industry trends, analyze industry developments, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
Manage the lifecycle of existing and new product offerings.
Support sales in client acquisition and relationship management.
Coordinate new product launches, promote innovative products, and execute strategic initiatives.
Manage risks, control costs, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in actuary, business, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
Current SFC Type 4 & 9 licenses.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fund management, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Experience in fund product design.
Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, policy trends, and customer needs.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties to develop client products.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Immediate availability is preferred.
