Responsibilities Develop and maintain global professional investors and institutional investors (including fund houses, family offices, insurance companies, sizable conglomerate) and provide clients with relevant professional advice; Corporate with the investment banking department to assist private fund sales and distribution; Collaborate with investment team to develop business expansion and development strategies, including overall plans for fund raising as well as marketing programs for current asset management services and products, by studying market trends, clients needs and fund characteristics, etc.

Plan and organize roadshows of research results, such as expert meeting, investment salon and other activities; Build connection with analysts, legal, compliance and other departments for products development; Collaborate with Equity Sales, Corporate Finance and Asset Management functions for initiating various marketing and investment strategies.

  Requirements Solid experience in fund houses, family offices and institutions.

Candidates with extensive client base will be preferred; University graduates with at least 8 years’ experience in institutional sales will be preferred; Relevant experience with an outstanding track record in business development in financial markets will be preferred; Possess knowledge and skills in macroeconomics, stock markets analysis and research.

Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results, confident in contributing revenue generation of Institutional Sales team; Self-motivated, passionate, proactive and responsible; Excellent communication skill with client management skills, fluent in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Able to work independently and under pressure to meet goals; Domestic and overseas travelling may be required; Immediate availability is preferred.
