Monitoring trade settlements and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Deliver efficient and accurate operational support while ensuring adherence to FIM, jurisdictional regulatory requirements, and Global Standards.
Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to resolve inquiries within agreed service levels.
Work collaboratively within the team, fostering two-way communication and building strong relationships across functions.
Ensure strict adherence to operational risk control frameworks, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements to mitigate risks and losses.
Profile Bachelor degree At least 3+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly FX and commodities operations.
Proficiency in operational processes and trade lifecycle management.
