Our Impact Our Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Group in Asia-ex-Japan advises clients across various sectors, providing services such as M&A, financings, investments, structured products, and restructurings. Role Responsibilities Develop industry analysis and financial models for TMT sector clients concerning financing and M&A strategies. Build proprietary financial models using economic and statistical data. Conduct corporate finance analyses, including merger scenarios, LBOs, listings, and financing options, utilizing DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions. Analyze financial statements, filings, projections, and provide economic advice. Support deal execution, including due diligence, drafting marketing materials, legal document review, and liaising with other parties. Engage with clients and internal teams to provide updates and strategic advice. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.2-3 years in corporate finance, advisory, or related fields, preferably in TMT. Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills. Curiosity and adaptability across TMT sub-sectors. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.
