About the Role The Global Head of Partner Network will lead CTM's worldwide partner program, ensuring its financial performance and strategic alignment with the company's global growth objectives.
This senior leadership role is accountable for positioning the partner network as a high-value contributor to client delivery, supplier leverage, and sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities and Duties Financial Performance Own full P&L responsibility for the global partner network.
Deliver revenue growth through partner participation in CTM's global programs and services.
Maximise the financial contribution of the partner network through effective engagement, commercial alignment, and integration with CTM's broader business objectives.
Strategic Leadership Define and execute the long-term vision for CTM's partner network as a global growth platform.
Build credibility with multinational clients through a strong partner footprint and consistent delivery.
Establish structured governance, KPIs, and performance reporting across all partners.
Partner Development Build senior-level relationships with partner agency leaders across all regions.
Strengthen partner alignment with CTM's global programs, platforms, and initiatives.
Ensure the partner network provides strong coverage, high performance, and alignment with CTM's global strategy.
Commercial Growth Broaden adoption of CTM's global offerings and solutions across the partner network.
Enable joint sales pursuits with partners to acquire and grow multinational business.
Develop strategic partnerships that enhance CTM's global coverage and client offering.
Leadership & Collaboration Lead a global partner engagement team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Supplier Relations, Technology, Marketing, and Finance to fully integrate the partner network into CTM's commercial model.
Represent CTM externally with clients, suppliers, partners, and industry associations.
Management and Leadership Responsibilities This position has direct reports and is responsible for setting direction, delivering results, growing people and building culture within their team, as part of the CTM Leadership Capability Framework Focus their team to deliver the business plan and CTM's strategy by communicating alignment of each team member's role to these plans; Interpret and communicate organisational messages to their team, and colleagues, clearly and with confidence; Actively manage team performance by clarifying expectations, provide regular feedback, including recognition and improvement opportunities, and address underperformance promptly; Implement processes to manage team and self effectively to deliver results by agreed timelines; Identify capability strengths and gaps, implementing development plans for growth; Create a high performance culture, where excellence is encouraged, and mistakes learned from; and Demonstrate cultural awareness and inclusion.
Education and Experience15+ years senior leadership in global corporate travel, with direct experience managing large-scale agency or partner networks.
Proven record of delivering commercial growth and financial performance (P&L ownership).
Culturally fluent with experience across multiple geographies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional strategic, financial and leadership capability.
Strong supplier and client negotiation skills, with a track record of driving compliance and adoption.
Data-driven, commercially focused, and highly collaborative.
Willingness to travel extensively.
