We are looking for someone who can:• manage relationships with leading Asia based institutional investors and grow our portfolio of investorsboth regionally and globally• manage relationship with a portfolio of hedge fund clients• advise our clients how to grow their businesses, capital strategy, and how to position their products• gather and provide market and investor intelligence to the Prime brokerage sales and relationshipmanagement teams• organize and lead Capital Introduction events throughout Asia – conferences, panels, investor dinners &forums• organize manager roadshows across the global, liaise and build relationships with the Global Capital Introduction team, and provide corresponding follow up• network with external contacts locally and the firm's sales forces to help in the prospecting of new funds Your Career Comeback We are open to applications from career returners. Find out more about our program on ubs.com/careercomeback. Your team You’ll be working in the Prime Brokerage - Franchise Sales team in Hong Kong. Our principal objective is provide intelligence and introductions to our clients in an effort to further enhance and monetize the Firm's relationships with Asia based hedge fund managers as well as global hedge funds. You will also be participating in client pitches, presenting our capability in capital raising and sharing our intel with hedge fund prospects as well as Blue-Chip global clients seeking to build relationships with Asian investors. Your expertise• polish and professionalism enabling building deep relationships with C-level executives• strong knowledge of banking, asset management and hedge fund landscape and products• knowledge/experience of hedge funds and hedge fund strategies, particularly equity & multi-strategy oriented strategies but this is not a must.• experience as a former institutional allocator to hedge funds allocating capital to managers and making the corresponding investment decisions and ongoing fund monitoring, and/or experience in Hedge Fund marketing, Sales or Investor Relations.• existing relationships with hedge funds and/or hedge fund investors such as Fund of Funds, Pensions, Insurance Companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private banks & Family Offices• commercial in your approach to clients and investors• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)About us UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
