Overview Our client is a Public Fund Asset Management company. To cope with rapid business expansion, they are inviting high-caliber candidates to join the team. Public Fund Operation/Fund Administration - Asset Management Public Fund Full Lifecycle Operations (including pre-launch preparation, system setup and testing, valuation model and pattern exploration, annual audit work, and daily work supporting operational department’s regulatory requirements); Confirmation and issuance of daily valuation reports (reconciliation with the fund administrator); Daily communication with business departments on subscription and redemption, as well as portfolio management-related tasks; Counterparty account opening and AML annual review related work. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above. Candidates with a good financial or accounting background are preferred. Financial qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM are preferred.3 years of working experience in Fund Operation/settlement, fund operation, fund administration, etc. Experience in fund accounting is preferred; more than two years of experience in the operation of public funds (at least one phase of audit and full cycle operation work, understand the implementation of various aspects). Familiar with various statements submitted and regulated by public funds and common operating systems (e.g., Linedata, Middle X, Geneva); Familiar with office software and data processing tools such as Excel (VBA), Python, Access, etc. Team spirit and strong learning ability, responsible, rigorous and meticulous work.
