**Job Description**:
Our client is an international health insurance provider providing and they are now looking for a Group Office Administrator. Friendly and international environment. Insurance background is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Obtain information from insurer to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on notices sent
Duties include reviewing insurance notice to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy type, premiums etc
Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders and insurance company representatives.
Process new insurance policies and modifications to existing policies
Make sure that policy documents have been sent out in time to policyholders
Analyze renewal terms of group policies
**Requirements**:
Attention to detail, quality and accuracy, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
Good sense of customer service and responsibility;
Good problem solving ability
Good IT skills, particularly Excel
Previous experience of operations management or the Insurance industry
Fluent in English and Chinese
