Key Responsibilities: Identify and coordinate volunteer projects with non-profit partners Post projects on Firm's volunteer website Recruit and promote various volunteering events Train team leaders on use of the volunteer website Lead and provide onsite and offsite support to volunteers Run weekly excel pivot reports on campaign progress Assist with planning and developing communications; gather stories and photos and create content for weekly wrap up Assist employees with general questions and logging volunteer hours Monitor campaign budgets, process invoices and track payments Assist with logistics for on-site and off-site volunteer projects Provide general campaign support as needed Ideal Candidate Profile: A self-starter and team player with excellent project management and analytical skills Ability to project manage, coordinate and organize volunteer events. Excellent English oral, written and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with various corporate, non-profit and public audiences. Fluency in Cantonese an asset Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, analyze and coordinate multiple, ongoing projects A passion for corporate social responsibility Experience working with non-profits, foundations2-5 years previous CSR experience within a corporate environment is ideal but not required Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc Why Join Us?
