We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Business Planning and Support.

Principal responsibilities Report to Head of Sales Management and Business Development to optimize operating efficiency and mitigate associated risk, improve client engagement and ensure fair outcomes for customers Provide day-to-day administrative and services support to Private Banking teams including management of Client Services Managers stationed at frontline teams.

Oversee the operation of Private Banking frontline team to support Relationship Managers on day-to-day activities and ensure consistent application of Policy and legal standards to minimize business and reputational risks Plan, manage and implement to expand the frontline team for business growth through close collaboration with Private Banking senior management and stakeholders Oversee the human resource of Private Banking frontline team and support Co-Head of Relationship Management on people matters such as optimizing job satisfaction for sustainable growth of the department Support Co-Head of Relationship Management and work with other Private Banking teams to implement sales plan, initiatives and other projects for financial performance enhancement Formulate projects or work with other Private Banking teams on developing sales flow on new flagship product align with banking standard Collaborate with senior management or compliance/ risk team to increase and quality assurance units on Private Banking sales quality and take remedial measures to ensure strict adherence to the compliance standards Initiate projects and drive initiatives to align with bank's direction and business focuses Requirements University degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Private Banking Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities Excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities applied with demonstrable impact in projects Experience and success in implementing change or improvements in cross functional projects Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
