Responsibilities
Shaping the company\'s financial strategy, from forecasting and reporting to capital efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Navigating the regulatory landscape with confidence—ensuring all reporting, including FRR and audit submissions, meets Hong Kong\'s financial standards.
Designing smart tax strategies and financial controls that support both agility and accountability.
Building a finance team that\'s not just operationally sound, but future-focused and collaborative.
Acting as a key advisor to leadership, helping translate financial data into business decisions.
Qualifications
A seasoned finance leader ideally in securities or fintech.
Professionally qualified.
