What you’ll do in the role Lead a small team to manage key functions, including credit underwriting, fraud risk monitoring, customer onboarding, and support. Develop and implement robust credit control policies to minimize financial risk. Effectively implement and propose enhancements to fraud prevention strategies. Implement measures to protect against various types of payment fraud. Streamline the merchant onboarding process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Be the team that provides ongoing customer support to merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
