Requirements: To excel as Head of Procurement Direct and Indirect you will bring extensive experience gained from leading procurement teams within large-scale multinational organisations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification demonstrating strong academic grounding in relevant disciplines.
At least 15 years of experience in procurement roles within multinational corporations with proven management capabilities overseeing large teams.
Procurement experience with China team.
Will be a plus if managed Asia team.
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing strategy development, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk assessment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken English and Chinese are essential for success in this international setting.
Demonstrated capacity to think strategically while also being able to execute tactically when required by business needs or project demands.
Experience implementing e-commerce solutions or digital transformation initiatives within procurement functions is highly desirable.
Proven track record managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
