Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with the company's business such as EQD, Delta one, PBS and Fixed income/equity trading and etc..

This includes market risk, credit risk, counter-party risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, and other relevant risks.  Risk Assessment and Measurement: Conduct risk assessments and measurements to evaluate the overall risk exposure of the securities company.

This involves analyzing market trends, financial data, and regulatory requirements to identify potential risks and their potential impact on the company's operations.

Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Develop risk monitoring systems and processes to ensure timely identification and reporting of risks to senior management.

Prepare risk reports and presentations for management and regulatory purposes.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to risk management in the securities industry.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work closely with compliance teams to address any risk-related issues.

Risk Mitigation and Control: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the impact of identified risks.

Collaborate with various departments within the company to establish risk control measures, such as implementing risk limits, stress testing, and contingency plans.

Risk Governance and Training: Provide guidance and support to management and staff on risk management practices and procedures.

Conduct training programs to enhance risk awareness and promote a risk-conscious culture within the organization.

Establish risk governance frameworks and committees as needed.
