Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to standards such as BS EN 1935, BS EN 1090, BS 476 / EN 1634, and (where relevant) BIS requirements.
Operations, Logistics & Inventory
Drive demand planning, inventory optimisation, and delivery reliability in collaboration with global teams.
Manage logistics partners and cross‑border operations to optimise lead times, cost, and service levels.
Monitor end‑to‑end KPIs, including cost reduction, supplier performance, on‑time delivery, lead time, defect rates, and logistics efficiency.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure alignment on design‑for‑manufacture (DFM) and product industrialisation.
Partner with Finance on total landed cost, supplier payment terms, and working capital impacts.
Help lead or support ERP/SCM digital transformation initiatives.
Build, develop, and mentor a high‑performing supply chain team spanning sourcing, QA/QC, logistics, and supply operations.
Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and secure competitive, stable long‑term supply.
Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of total landed cost, working capital, and supplier risk.
Excellent communication, cross‑cultural influence, and relationship‑building skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay is an advantage.
Willingness to travel regionally (25–40%) with occasional global travel.
