5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Wealth Management to lead our private wealth division with a focus on Security Token Offerings (STO) and Real World Assets (RWA). This role will play a key part in driving our digital asset wealth management strategy, expanding high-net-worth (HNW) client portfolios, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and build out the firm’s Wealth Management platform with a focus on STOs and RWAs. Develop product strategy and client offerings aligned with the evolving regulatory and market landscape. Act as Responsible Officer (RO) to oversee regulated activities, ensuring full compliance with SFC requirements. Build, manage, and mentor a team of relationship managers, product specialists, and investment advisors. Work closely with legal, compliance, and operations teams to structure compliant investment solutions. Engage and onboard HNW clients and institutional partners. Liaise with external providers and issuers of tokenized products and traditional assets. Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, and regulatory updates. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management. Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with Security Tokens, Tokenization, and Real World Assets (RWA). Proven track record in building HNW/UHNW client relationships. Holder of SFC Type 2 and Type 3 licenses, and qualified to serve as a Responsible Officer. Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in Hong Kong. Entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
