The Role: Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, including documentation verification and account setup. Ensure all necessary information and documents are collected and processed accurately. Reconcile and process merchant settlement. Manage the deployment, installation, and maintenance of POS machines. Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding and POS machine related operations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues relating to merchant accounts and POS machines. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the onboarding process. Prepare regular MIS reports. The Person: Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines. Previous experience in merchant acquiring, POS operations, or a similar role is preferred. Patient, detail-minded and customer-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficient in MS Office applications.
