**Job Description**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all-rounded HR duties, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, training and development, performance management and talent management.
Ensure the HR and Administration process and policies supports the business strategy, the company?s values and in line with legislative requirement.
Manage HR budget, forecast, and produce various analytical reports.
Manage general office administration functions such as office equipment maintenance, insurance, license renewal and etc.
Promote staff engagement. Plan and organize team building activities and company events.
Enhance and maintain work space safety.
Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines.
8 years or more all-rounded HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or business partner capacity.
Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation in construction industry.
Solid experience in HRIS implementation and monitoring.
