Description
As an HR associate, your responsibility including but not limited to :HR Administration Support: Assist in the administration of external training applications and internal training programs, including logistics coordination and general support. Support the setup and maintenance of monthly eLearning training for new join staff, while keeping attendance records updated. Provide assistance in managing the daily administration of staff medical insurance plans. Follow up on outstanding documents from new join staff, sending email notifications and providing related guidelines. Contribute to the recruitment process by receiving applications, arranging interviews, and performing related administrative tasks. Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of HR & Admin or supervisors. Record Management: Maintain accurate records in the CAL eLeave system, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. Monitor sick leave status and ensure proper leave records are inputted into the system by staff. Update HR manpower records and training records accurately and in a timely manner. Knowledge of Employment Related Ordinance: Ensure daily HR operations adhere to the requirements of the HK Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in HRM or a related business discipline. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an administrative role. Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy. Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Mandarin languages.
