Job Duties Report to Regional Head of HR Accountable for end to end talent acquisition, on/offboarding and relocation process that called for extensive liaison with line of business and vendors across Greater China, AP and headquarters Prepare timely HR reports to cater for staffing, compensation and business planning Support HR performance & compensation review Maintenance of staff record and tackle any employees’ enquiries Assist global/regional HR projects Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 6 years+/- relevant HR related experience acquired from international financial institutions or management consultancy firms Motivated, resourceful, solution driven and proactive team player Excellent communication skills in fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint To oversight daily regional corporate & retail operations inclusive of staffing, talent mgmt and C&B by collaborating with SME As the HRBP to advise business from talent acquisition, staffing, compensation & benefits, people development and employee relations to cater for the regional business development & corporate strategies across different countries/markets Facilitate the effective communication & implementation of headcount, performance & development planning by collaborating with SME Global Private Equity & Asset Management Regional HR C&B, Projects and BP Support Job Duties Report to Regional Head of HR Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support Learning & Development & Regional HR Project Excellent Job Security and Good Working Hours Job Duties As part of the strategic HR Business Team Manage L&D (CPT / mandatory training / orientation) Conduct training needs analysis, source appropriate programs by working closely with business, external vendors & training academy in HQ Provide comprehensive HR operations support by collaborating with HRBP and line managers across AP region Accountable for employee life cycle management from contract preparation, on/off boarding to orientation process Ensure timely processing of payroll by working closely with external vendors
