HR Manager, Asia Pacific, based Singapore (Ref: HRM-SG/RS)Ref: J000268 SUMMARY: Reporting to HRD-Asia Pacific, responsible for full spectrum Asia Pacific HR operations including but not limited to: Talent acquisitions HR process management C&B administration Onboarding HR reporting All duties performed must be in compliance with respective legal requirements as well as Corporate requirements. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business heads to manage and accomplish APAC hiring requests in a timely manner. Manage onboarding details subject to local legal requirements. On an annual basis, manage and execute the annual merit review process from beginning to end. On a monthly basis, liaise and manage payroll service providers, check and advise payroll confirmation. Handle, manage, and submit monthly regular headcount reports to US and Finance. Provide HR support and advice in APAC at all levels. Provide HR services to other divisions per SLA (Service Level Agreement). Ad Hoc projects where applicable. Job Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or Psychology. Minimum 5 years solid HR services experience, in addition to at least 3 years in a business partner role. Solid experience within an MNC environment is a MUST, US culture highly preferred. Organizational change management is KEY. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua), both written and oral. Strong accountability mindset, independent, well organized, and with multi-tasking skills. Can-do attitude and ready to challenge the status quo. Knowledge of PRC HR handling is an asset.
