We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager / Senior Manager. Principal Responsibilities Supporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers. Providing support to the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers. Supporting distribution channel’s people development initiatives, e.g. selling skill coaching, product knowledge training. Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, increase revenue for existing ones and activate new branch distribution channels within HSBC Group. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, which may include branch managers, relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank. Participating in events, initiatives and activities to capture new business opportunities. Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews.
