General Manager - The Repulse Bay (Asset Management)Business Unit: The Repulse Bay - HOLocation: Repulse Bay The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, The Repulse Bay and other high-profile assets) is seeking an influential General Manager to manage the strategic planning and operations of The Repulse Bay Complex, elevate the overall asset's positioning, offering, whilst driving commercial returns by ensuring optimised leasing, marketing and operations deliverables, as well as championing "Peninsula” standards. Work for a prestigious, globally renowned luxury property group Own the Complex Pn L, as well as set the strategic vision and team objectives Exceptional market leading benefits (Hong Kong based position)Key Accountabilities Strategically develop, implement and drive comprehensive business plans and budgeting for the asset Optimise the asset value as well as achieve financial performance metrics across the complex Improve the asset condition by providing people and resources to unlock value and cost efficiencies whilst upholding exceptional service and property maintenance Lead, coach and mentor cross-functional departments, including Estate Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, People and Culture, and Finance to deliver quality, financial and people objectives Create and implement initiatives to drive significant revenue growth and leasing occupancy across the residential portfolio Create and implement strategies to attract and drive footfall to the retail arcade and F&B operations Ensure tenant transitions and relationships are managed with seamless execution Develop a management process that balances the highest service standards with efficiency, cost management whilst delivering Peninsula Service Principles Drive CRS initiatives, leading and championing the best environmental management standards and awareness Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Governmental agencies, the Kadoorie Office and HSH to implement capital improvement projects General Requirements Degree or similar qualifications (such as surveying) in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Hospitality or related disciplines Minimum 15-20 years’ experience within Real Estate operations (ideally residential, retail or commercial)Experience working for an (asset) owner/operator (feasibility, asset repositioning etc. would be highly desirable)Experience leading an Asian and luxury-centric real estate complex ideal Fluent English proficiency and the ability to communicate complexity to board level audience We are delighted to receive your CV for further consideration.
