S The Human Resources and Administration Manager is responsible for the Board's efficient operation of human resources, administration as well as secretariat supports.
Reporting to Executive Director and Head of Finance, this strategic role plays a pivotal part in shaping a cohesive, high-performance and visionary culture of the Board's Secretariat.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Human Resources Operations: oversees recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, talents development, occupational wellness, and etc.
Sustainable workplace management: plans and implements the Board's sustainability policy and programmes.
Administration functions: conducts procurement, office renovation & maintenance, coordination of meetings, documentation, secretariat supports, and etc.
Knowledge management: supports implementation of knowledge management, and optimisation of record management.
Others: handles corporate projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and well-versed in employment-related ordinances.
A people-oriented HR expert with strong knowledge and experience in implementing talents acquisition, organisational development initiatives, change management and ESG programme.
Experience in managing HRMS, HR analytics, and Dashboard reporting.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
High fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
