The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to business leaders and their teams within a global financial institution.

The HRBP acts as a key strategic partner, helping to drive organizational performance and enable the achievement of business objectives through effective people management.

This role requires a deep understanding of the business, its challenges, and the ability to tailor HR solutions to meet the unique needs of each business area.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on a wide range of human capital issues including talent management, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.

Partner with business leaders to define and execute on HR priorities that are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with the broader HR team to design and implement HR programs, policies, and processes that enable business success.

Manage employee relations issues such as investigations, disciplinary matters, and grievances, ensuring consistent and fair application of HR policies.

Act as a change agent, supporting the organization through periods of transformation and growth.

Build strong, consultative relationships with business leaders to become a trusted advisor.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers on effective people management practices.

Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy Qualifications: ​Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

For Director grade, Minimum of 12 years/ For Manager Grade, Minimum 5 yeras of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, ideally within the financial services industry.

Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives to support them.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and change management.
