Job Requirements:
Work closely and provide administration support to HR Business Partner
Provide support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines and day-to-day HR enquiries
Responsible for data consolidation and analysis and compile regular HR analytic reports
Monitor Operation workflows, ensure all procedures comply with company policy
Prepare HR documents - staff movement contracts and employment certificates, etc.
Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:
Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in human resources or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; preferably in fashion retail industry
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Analytical, well-organised, detail-minded and work well under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
