**Job Description**:
Area of Responsibility
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources department (internally and externally) including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff records, day-to-day administration etc. The details are keeping proper and comply with Labor Ordinance.

Responsibilities

Assist in taking charge of the department daily operations.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees for the Club; counsel, transfer and dismiss employees based on appraisal of department heads
Manage staffleave and attendance records for payroll processes.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of the Club staff
Organize staff activities like birthday party
Assist in conducting staff training programmes and records
Keep proper filing record in order to comply Employment Ordinance
Assist in preparing and attending the Meetings of HR related
Assist in counseling and advising department heads regarding personnel problems
Assist in liaising and managing staff benefit with insurance brokers
Assist in handling any court cases arising from staff members

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 3 years solid experience in HR functions
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related ordinance
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and detail oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Solid experience in using HRIS
Immediate available is highly preferred
