Policy and governanceIntegrates Group Inclusion, Learning and Talent Development principles into regional policies and practicesAligns all activity to the Group’s Target Operating ModelIs an ambassador for Inclusion across the bank’s Inclusion ecosystem including Employee Resourcing Groups5. Data analytics, monitoring and measurementEnsures accurate and timely reporting on progress towards HSBC’s Inclusion, Learning and Talent Development goals; analyses data and provides insights and recommendations to leadersBenchmarks industry best practices to support strategies and evaluate business/function’s progressSets Hong Kong specific diversity targets in alignment with Group and Regional targets and aspirations6.
