Our client, a leading financial organization, is undergoing a significant transformation of its business and IT infrastructure through a multi-year digitalization initiative.

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our client's IT leadership team.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to align IT infrastructure with business goals, while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

The position is initially offered as a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key Contributions: Design and develop a scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure architecture to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead the modernization of infrastructure systems, including hybrid cloud adoption, application migration, and technical debt reduction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications and infrastructure designs.

Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, timelines, and budgets.

Provide governance and leadership to ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and resilience.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to maximize value and ensure high-quality delivery of infrastructure solutions.

Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, proactively addressing risks and ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

Support budgeting and financial planning for infrastructure initiatives, delivering cost-effective solutions within allocated resources.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, and network systems.

Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.

Core Expectations: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, engineering, and management Proven experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects Extensive expertise in hybrid cloud environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
